Call Center Representative/Customer Service

Coastal Care is looking for call center representatives to join our team! We are a medical

staffing company that has been serving since 2003! We love what we do!

*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* This position is fast-paced and requires live talk time to meet specified staffing goals.
* Must have a great attitude and present a smile on the telephone.Must handle high call volumes and provide exceptional customer service to our nurse entrepreneurs and facility partners.
* Must have savvy customer service skills, be computer efficient, and multitask.

*Schedule Available:*
* 11:30 am - 11:30 pm (Saturday & Sunday) Part-Time
* 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (Wednesday-Saturday) Part-Time
* 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Wednesday-Saturday) Part-Time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 12 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Weekends only
