Title: Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Doral, FL
Type of Contract: Temp
Schedule: M - F 8AM - 5PM
Pay Rate: $24 - $30
DESCRIPTION:
The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing, closing, and post-closing tasks for both first and second mortgage requests, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role requires collaboration with borrowers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to meet timelines, service standards, and production goals while maintaining high-quality loan documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process mortgage and home equity loan applications in compliance with company policies, secondary market, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and provide required disclosures within the designated timelines.
Ensure loan documentation is complete, accurate, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate third-party services (e.g., title, appraisal, insurance) and review all associated documentation for accuracy.
Assist applicants with gathering and verifying necessary information and keep them informed about the status of their application.
Analyze documents for accuracy and prepare loan packages for final approval and underwriting.
Coordinate closing processes, ensuring all documents are complete before funding.
Perform post-closing audits and verification tasks to meet internal service requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports for tracking sales and servicing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in mortgage processing or a combination of lending, training, and education.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
