What You’ll Be Doing:
Reviewing AR and credit balances to process refunds
Administering address changes in the system
Assisting with credit application processing
Interfacing with state and county municipalities to verify tax exemption status
Sorting and organizing mail
Providing backup for phone support
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
Be able to do the job as described
Strong Accounts Receivable experience
Tech-savvy with proficiency in systems and tools
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
