Payroll Specialist
Contract Position (2 months)
Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team and assist with processing biweekly payroll for 1,600 employees. If you have advanced payroll experience and are familiar with Paycom, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical function within a thriving organization. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, having a direct impact on their experience and the overall efficiency of the business.

Compensation
$25-$32/hour DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in processing biweekly payroll for 1,600 employees using Paycom
Ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with company policies
Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records and reports for payroll audits
Assist with payroll tax filings and year-end processes
Provide exceptional customer service to employees with payroll-related inquiries
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described
Advanced payroll processing experience
Strong experience with Paycom software
Adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage large-scale payroll operations efficiently
Healthcare industry experience (preferred, but not required)
