Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 + 5% Annual Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising the AP team to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable
Managing AP issues through a ticketing system and providing excellent customer service to end-users
Training new hires on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring adherence
Collaborating internally using Teams for efficient problem-solving
Handling 20-40 AP tickets per day and ensuring resolution
Leveraging your advanced Excel skills for complex spreadsheet tasks
Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
5+ years of full-cycle AP experience
Strong supervisory or lead experience
2+ years of customer service experience with end-user issue resolution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred but not required)
