Staff Accountant
Location: Fall River, Massachusetts

Hours:
- Full time position
- Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Requirements:
- The Staff Accountant performs routine financial and accounting tasks for the organization.
- Perform monthly closing activities, including analysis of accounts and preparation of journal entries.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and complete analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure the accuracy and validity of transactions.
- Contribute to the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the operations of Accounts Payable.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for accounts ensuring transactions are accurately recorded.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, report, and disseminate data.
Pay Rate:
- $25 per hour
