The Marketing team at PlanSource develops compelling messaging and campaigns that fuel our Go-to-Market team with everything they need to inspire our customers and partners to choose PlanSource. We work with many teams across the organization including sales, product, operations and more to increase demand of our technology through webinars, events, videos, campaigns, product launches and other self-service thought leadership tools and resources.
We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER who will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns with partners that help employers and brokers make an educated decision on their benefits administration provider. This individual will play an integral role, spearheading go-to-market strategies for all partnerships—Insurance Carriers (Boost), Partner Marketplace vendors, HCM and Resellers. This person will be responsible for educating internal and external sales teams about the value of partnerships, how it works, and why customers and brokers should choose it. This individual will live and breathe partner marketing and always be thinking of creative ways to grow the relationships.

Own marketing for key partnerships from launch, training, external marketing, demand and driving revenue. Responsible for creating content that helps employers and brokers make an educated decision on their technology. Collaborate with external partners to showcase content and reach our target audience to drive revenue.
