POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing member/guest questions and needs, providing an overall welcoming environment, and performing ad hoc administrative duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome staff, members and guests in a warm and friendly manner as soon as they arrive and answer any questions they have Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward internal/external phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive and receipt payments for programs; cash, checks and credit cards.
