An industry leader in Residential and Commercial HVAC, Plumbing organization is seeking a plumbing estimator to join the team.  Job Summary: As a Plumbing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects by accurately estimating costs and providing valuable insights for decision-making. You will oversee Plumbing projects from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction Plumbing projects. Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements. Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for estimating purposes. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes. Open temp, $18/hr – $20/hr  8am – 5pm  Entry level candidates accepted. Client wants to see some solid work history on resumes and not someone jumpy as they need someone reliable, position is urgent and critical to their practice.  Pulling charts and running them to another floor (elevator), must be able to read charts and be very organized.
