POSITION SUMMARY The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This is an inhouse position with with opportunity for 1 day a week remote work arrangement after initial onboarding period. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective recruitment strategy specifically tailored to the business and project needs of the company. Manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across the company. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact through final placement, extending offers and negotiating offers.
