Description: The Human Resource Coordinator supports the activities and administration of the Human Resource (HR) function and serves as the first point of contact for employees. This role ensures HR operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing critical support across various HR processes and activities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Completes all HR-related transactions within the human resource information system (new hires, terminations, benefits, employment changes, etc.) and maintains electronic employee files. Supports the recruiting process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and attending job fairs as requested.
